Colville Crescent in the Barony Gate development. These houses were built by Bellway, with the development completed in 2025. In the foreground is the balancing pond, a feature of many new housing developments. The pond collects and temporarily stores excess surface water during periods of heavy rainfall, then releases it gradually into the drainage system, reducing the risk of flooding.
