This building is the Veterans' Pavilion, Wymersley Park, close to the junction of Wymersley Road and Willerby Road. I assume it is associated with the nearby bowling greens or other sports facilities, possibly as a clubhouse, although it looks rather disused. It had been marred by graffiti until April 2025 when local children, assisted by a professional artist, decorated it, as seen here. The 'Derringham' mentioned on the wall refers to the name of the city council electoral ward in which it stands.
