Building on Mill Mount dating from c.1855, probably designed by J B and W Atkinson. It was converted into apartments in c.2005, with the addition of a matching extension (in the background in this photo). The original section (nearest) is grade II listed - see https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1390549?section=official-list-entry.
