Looking down Tanner Row to Rathmell Hall on George Hudson Street, built in 1897 as the York Equitable Industrial Society Co-operative central premises and warehouse. it was converted into offices in the 1990s, used by City of York Council, before being further converted into student accommodation in 2016.
