Window in the Ghost Sign

A detail from the front of the former King William IV pub. Long closed by the look of it, here it is 10 years ago Image and looking a bit run down even then. I would guess covid was probably the end of the road. An old sign is still legible for Bass's Ales and somebody's stout. (Fletcher's? Flapper's? any ideas?) The window kind of spoils it, but I guess having light in the loo, or whatever, is more important than advertising defunct stouts.
