Between Eldon Grove and Queen's Road, Nos. 289 & 291 Beverley Road. These houses are unusual in the city, having basements, and tall steps leading to the ground floor; similar to houses in nearby Pearson Park. Recently refurbished. No. 289 is The Elms.
