View from the lane by Cholmondeley Castle west towards the lane to Bickley (hedgerow in middle distance). The undulating land to the east of the Bickley lane is predominantly used as cattle pasture. The line of gorse (centre left) marks an unnamed brook which runs south east from the lane towards Moss Wood. One of the linear conifer plantations near Cross Lanes Farm is visible in the distance (left)
