Former Northfield House site - new student accommodation

Purpose built student accommodation in the final phase of construction on the former Northfield House Hotel site at 115 Lasswade Road, Edinburgh. The plans were submitted in 2020 and refused in January 2021 [20/02562/FUL]. They were eventually allowed on appeal by the Scottish Government reporter on 6 June 2022. The building plans show it is composed of studio apartments and amenity areas.
