Part of the Phoenix Ironworks site that operated here between 1861 and 1986. After closure parts were demolished whilst this area was converted to other uses. It is now scheduled to be demolished as part of the large Phoenix redevelopment that is currently being planned, turning a former industrial area into a large residential one.
