The only red sandstone building in Beith, built using Mauchline sandstone in 1906. It is Category B listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/apex/f?p=1505:300:::::VIEWTYPE,VIEWREF:designation,LB879. The bank closed in 2017 and it is now home to Boom estate agents.
