On corner of Grove Road South and Elm Grove. Formerly Royal Mail's (later British Telecom's) area offices "Telephone House". Now a sheltered housing scheme owned and managed by Heritage Housing http://www.guinnesshermitage.co.uk/downloaddoc.asp?id=52 for (mostly) elderly Chinese from the Portsmouth area.
