A large crane is being used to help erect the steelwork for the rebuilding of Moat Hill Sheltered Housing, also known as Manor Court, on Manor Way in Anlaby. The council demolished the existing complex and in its place is building a new, modern 2-3 storey development containing 34 flats. The one and two-bedroom flats will have open-plan layouts, adaptable to residents' needs, and a communal lounge. They will be available to rent by people aged over 60 or who have a physical or learning disability.
