The Moffat Spitfire is in plane sight in The Glebe. The replica of PT462 is a tribute to Moffat-born Air Chief Marshal Lord Dowding who was Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of RAF Fighter Command during the Battle of Britain, 1940. www.thedowdingspitfire.co.uk
