This pedestrian underpass connects the two platforms at Wallsend Metro Station and has recently been given a spruce up by artist Mark One87. Specialising in mural and graffiti art Mark's work combines graffiti techniques with design and illustration with this particular mural, and the one on the opposite wall, having a series of images which give more than a nod to the town's long past.
