Built in 1857 as a 'vestry hall' (the sense of the word 'vestry' here meaning the parish council before its civic and religious responsibilities were divided in 1894). The building is listed grade II (list entry 1247075), currently used by the Israac Somali Community Association. See Image for a recently submitted view of the more ornate front of the building.
