Today Express and the post office counter closed in July 2023 when the postmaster resigned and the premises were withdrawn for Post Office use. A new post office counter has now opened in Day Today on South Mains Road. Scaffolding at roof level is due to work being undertaken on the delivery office at the other side of the building.
