This old industrial building which backs onto Clive Street is attached to the rear of 131 Bedford Street https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/809395 and is accessed from Little Bedford Street. Part of the building is currently occupied by William Oliver & Rodman Russell Limited who "offer experience, expertise and an unbeatable level of service working with all types of metal (steel, wrought iron, cast iron, aluminium and more)". Little is known of the building's history although it was constructed in 1896, two years after the adjoining 131 Bedford Street property.
