Vehicles including a blue Mazda 3 hatchback (reg: G3 TKF), a black Mercedes-Benz Vito van, and a silver Mercedes E-Class travel eastbound along the A420 on a warm summer day. The white-on-black sign directs traffic to “Faringdon Quarry” via a right-hand turn. The road features rumble strips and double solid white lines to deter overtaking on the bend, with dense roadside woodland on both sides, characteristic of Oxfordshire’s summer flora.
