Built 1808, rebuilt 1844, enlarged 1880, according to the inscription. A heavy, awkward design that doesn't fit well into this very old part of the town and has not been well maintained; additionally the area behind the chapel has become a wasteland (there is no cemetery here.) The cladding on the wires was here when I visited last year but I gather there are structural problems.
