The stalled residential development on Red Lion Street in the Northern Quarter. This development has a long and chequered history with construction not having progressed beyond groundworks and progress having stalled over 5 years ago. I understand that all the flats were sold off plan with purchasers typically paying 25% of the sale price. See Image] for a view looking in the opposite direction back in 2020.
