St Peter's College viewed from New Inn Hall Street. The college was founded by former Bishop of Liverpool, Francis James Chavasse. It opened as St Peter's Hall in 1929, and gained full collegiate status as St Peter's College in 1961. It is a constituent college of the University of Oxford.
