Sandhill was built in 1924 to a design by the architect Oliver Hill, and attracted a Grade II listing https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1269720 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101269720-sandhill-aldeburgh 50 years later in 1974.
