A line of WW2 vintage concrete blockwork beside the Basingstoke Canal. They would have been part of a defensive line across southern Britain in the event of an anticipated fascist invasion. They are now items of historic interest and the canal maintenance teams obviously keep the site clear, otherwise this would all be lost in woodland.
