The back of the notice says that the garden replaces Dorran houses that were demolished. They were Numbers 51 and 53 North Street. See https://www.foggieloan.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Dorran-Houses-1959.jpg (Dorran houses were produced in Perth in the late 1940s and early 1950s by R G Tarran of Hull. They were bungalows built of pre-cast reinforced concrete (PRC) panels bolted together for ease of construction. They were quite common in the Highlands and islands. However PRC degrades over time and Dorran houses are designated as defective under the Defective Premises Act.)
