Seen from the promenade is this seaside shopping parade with its clutch of street level shops catering to tourists e.g. pub, fish & chip shop and cafe. On the promenade are flower beds while behind the shops is an attraction not for the faint-hearted. www.barry.cymru/visit/whitmore-bay
