Built 1866 to a design by James Matthews for the Town and County Bank, which later amalgamated first with the North of Scotland Bank and then with the Clydesdale Bank to form the Clydesdale and North of Scotland Bank. There is now a café in the former banking rooms on the ground floor, entered by the door in the gable.
