The former Friargate Goods Yard and the Great Northern Railway Warehouse is being redeveloped. It promises some 200 plus 2 / 3 bedroomed houses, about 45 1 / 2 bedroomed apartments, 40,000 square feet of office space, 10, 00 square feet of retail space and 5000 square feet of leisure space. So far I think only ground works have been carried out.
