The Plough Inn/TheRunning Fox, Powburn

This mid-18th century building was once a coaching inn and is a Grade II Listed building. The historic inn closed in 2015 and stood empty https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5052288 until 2024 when it received a new lease of life as a combined public house and café. The café is operated under the Running Fox branding, a popular local small chain of cafés.
