The grave of Francis Lee Cleland (died aged 40, 23rd April 1891) and his first wife Mary Jane (died aged 28, 2nd December 1881) and, if I am reading this correctly, his second wife Mary (died 27th March 1928) and also their sons, Captain Francis Lee R.A.M.C., and Arthur Gordon. Francis Lee Cleland (senior) may have been post master of Newtownbreda c1880 as there is a man of this name mentioned in the Belfast Street Directory of the time. Captain Francis Lee Cleland was killed on the first day of the battle of the Somme in 1916 and his body is interred at St. Sevres cemetery, Rouen, France.
