St Mary's church is grade II* listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1057074?section=official-list-entry , described by Pevsner (1958) as "designed with some ambition". On the extreme left is a glimpse of https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1174743?section=official-list-entry , a pair of thatched cottages.
