By the entrance to Malden Manor station forecourt, this doesn't look like it was designed as a food store. Now looking rather shabby, the enormous doorways are a bit grandiose even for a station pub, which I'm guessing it was originally. Above the doors are the borough arms of Kingston upon Thames.
