It's not all that obvious what this place is at first. On the Esplanade with its colourful pictures of ice creams and buckets and spades it looks like a closed up cafe or beach shop, but it's actually the back of a theatre and arts centre premises which fronts onto Belmont Street on the other side of the block. A web search shows that a brand new theatre is planned for the site. https://alexandratheatre.co.uk
