Semi-detached houses built in 1899-1900 to a design by Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin, which are now private dwellings. They were collectively Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1383281 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101383281-10-and-12-cunnery-road-church-stretton in 2000. The listing records that "this pair of houses is the first built example of Parker and Unwin's project designs for garden city housing and as such is the significant precursor for the similar examples at New Earswick, and developed there and at Letchworth and Hampstead Garden Suburb", so they set the standard & style for many that followed in the early part of the 20th century.
