When the West Riding CC milestones were set up in 1893/94 the attachments for those in what is now South Yorkshire, were cast at the Brayshaw & Booth Foundry in Liversedge. This milestone was stripped of all old paint and repainted by a local in 2016 including the very small letters of the foundry name. Henry Brayshaw and John Booth on Quarry Road, Millbridge are noted in the census returns for 1881. The Kelly's Directories from 1881 - 1920 list Brayshaw & Booth. Maps of 1894, 1907 and 1922 show the ironworks at the top of Quarry Road.
