The prominent brown gabled house facing us has a very neat, narrow cat-slide (or "fa-doon") dormer roof facing McArthur's Store. The dormer has been highlighted by using grey vertical hung facing tiles which contrast to the orange-red roofing tiles. This neatly done detail catches and pleases the eye.
