This pair of grade-II-listed cottages dating from 1865 are among William Eden Nesfield's earliest works. Located on Weston Road near the junction with the road to Weston (Main Road), they feature tile hanging, incised pargetting, half-hipped gables and high chimneys, which Pevsner credits Nesfield for introducing to Cheshire.
