One of the smaller rooms which could be booked for group dining. The rooms are now (2024) a restaurant belonging to a national chain of Italian restaurants, but casual viewers are welcome (in moderation, I suspect!). The paintings in this room date, surprisingly, from 1951. The Assembly Rooms are Listed Grade I.
