Building in gothic style on the corner of Selhurst Road and Oliver Grove, thought to have been built in the c.1880s. Nos 251 - 253 previously housed a branch of Barclay's Bank, since converted into a coffee shop. A street sign on the front names this section of the road as "The Pavement". Two plaques on the side commemorate local suffragettes Ethel Fennings and Mary Pearson. On the right is the Harris Professional Skills Sixth Form Academy (see Image).
