I've been wondering what on this earth would make me willing to go up there on that working platform and climb down that ladder. I'll still be wondering this time next week. Notice what appears to be a 'Ban the bomb' sign at the top. It's actually the shadow of the scaffolding and a coil of rope. The hospital was built in the 1960s and a renovation project was carried out early January 2001 costing £3.7 million and was finished some time in 2003.
