Old signs on the end of a building on the corner of West King Street and James Street. The upper window has been inserted relatively recently and has obscured part of the original lettering. GEO. FINGLAND COA[CH] BUILDER Over which has been painted G. FINGLAND & SO[N] COACH [BUILD]ERS The bottom line is difficult to read & MOTOR______TOR The business is listed at this address (24-26 West King Street) in the 1899-1900 Helensburgh Directory.
