This modern office block at the corner of Herschel Street and Windsor Road stands on the site of a demolished building of the same name where astronomer William Herschel lived, and erected his great 40-foot telescope. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Herschel The name "Oury Clark" is a reference to the building to its left, housing a firm of accountants.
