Housing on the north side of Andover. The Elbe is one of Germany's main rivers and Borkum is an island in Lower Saxony in the north west of the country. A lot of other roads nearby are named after places in Germany. Andover is twinned with the German town of Goch in North Rhine-Westphalia.
