In the heart of the old Warley Hospital, a large Victorian mental institution which closed around the turn of the century and has since become a residential estate. There is a mixture of the old original 19th century buildings and 21st century additions. This is the ornate former chapel, once dedicated to St Raphael, which has now been converted to an impressive and unusual place to live.
