A classic case of a Listed building built for a specific purpose and now outdated, for which it is almost impossible to find an alternative use. There has been significant vandalism between 2022 and 2024, with for example, sheeting being removed from the roofs of the bay windows. Built 1898 in Arts and Crafts style, Listed Grade II.
