Spanish flag due to the European football final, Spain playing England in the final. The only one I saw, a contrast to a bike ride in Wallonia in 2010 when Spain played the Netherlands and the Belgian linguistic divide really kicked in with Spanish flags all over the place. Hopefully this places the exaggerated England - Scotland thing into some sort of context.
