The Church of St Leonard in Hythe, Kent. The chancel and triple lancet windows of the east wall viewed from the nave. "Early English Gothic" style, constructed in about 1210, during the reign of King Henry the Third, with restoration work carried out in the 19th century. A special feature here at Hythe are the many exceedingly tall round columns, constructed some of local Bethersden marble and some of Purbeck marble. Philbhu image ref: P7110868ag
