The church was built in 1920 to a design by Arthur S Dixon, in a Romanesque style, and is now described as 'St Basils Centre'; it was Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1289680 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101289680-st-basils-centre-for-detached-youth-work-ward in 1982, at which time it was operating as contact centre for 'detached youth work'
