The Milestone is located on the verge on the Southeast side of the road, just Southwest of the Audi garage. Parish of St Clement (Carrck District). Metal plate attached to stone post, Truro iron plate design, made with local granite and cast iron plates from Irons Brothers in Wadebridge, erected in the 21st Century. The original would have been at SW86347 46044. Inscription reads:- TRURO / 3 / FALMOUTH / 134½ : : BODMIN / 21¼ / LONDON / 247 Milestone Society National ID: CW_BMTO21R
