Memorial fountain and post box at Bettws Newydd

This fountain was built in memory of William Stretton who died in 1868. The inscription reads: "Draw water out of the wells of salvation" Isaiah XII.3. It was last restored in 2000 by villagers to help celebrate the new millennium.
