Methodism in Winsley

Like many villages and towns in the region, Methodism was spread through the words of John and Charles Wesley. John arrived here in the 1740s and had breakfast before heading on to Bradford-on-Avon. His word was heard again once churches had been set up nearby by 1810. This church was founded in 1903.
